Savior
by Lissa Bryan
"I'm not Bella Swan any more. That girl died alone, in the woods, shortly after my eighteenth birthday. I am Death, and Death wears Christian Louboutins." Entry for "Bella's Insane" contest. OOC/AU/M

I first heard of Lissa Bryan when I was bouncing around FB groups. I found her gabbing it up with the ladies over at the Underfictionated group. I was intrigued by a thread she was posting in and decided to check out her FF profile. I scanned through her list of stories until this one caught my eye. It was different to say the least…

I have never, in all the time I’ve been reading FF, read a fic that had anything to do with Bella hating Edward to the point of wanting to off him. And this Bella, well, that’s exactly what she wants to do.

Here’s the details…

After Edward leaves Bella in the forest, he says it was for her own well-being, Bella is thrust into a whirlwind of emotions. Not only does she turn completely whacko, her complete state of mind is tested. Bella has become so withdrawn and hateful, over the voluntary disappearance of her one, true love, she catapults herself into a life of vengeance.

Let’s just say that the lowdown men of Forks are not safe from this altered beauty.

My surgeries weren't so dramatic as to be noticeable when I wear my plain, baggy everyday clothes with a bare face. Nature's flaws had been corrected, my face made symmetrical, my weak chin and slightly pug nose corrected and my bust enhanced.

I have never read something as deviously intriguing as Savior. It pulls you back and forth, leaving you wanting more, and pulling at your hair!. You instantly root for the damaged damsel, but at the same time you yearn to make her see ‘the light’, giving her the sign that ‘Love Conquers All’.

Unfortunately, I don’t think the damsel in this story is up for much therapy!

I guarantee, you will either love it or hate it, but in the end you won’t be able to tear your eyes from reading it!

As for me, well, I loved it!

Another little tidbit for those of you who haven’t already heard…Lissa Bryan is also the author of an original fiction that she recently submitted for publication. When we find out the deets, we here at TwiFich00rs will sound off!

Good luck to you, Lissa!
